Description:

The selected person will join the Translational research in tumor microenvironment (Cancer research program).

Task:

Purification and study of primary cells (cancer, stromal, immune) from patients, cell culture, evaluation of treatments in vitro, ex vivo, transcriptomics / proteomics / bioinformatics, cell engineering, FACS, microscopy, molecular biology techniques and immuno-oncology. Analysis of liquid biopsy.

Formation:

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences. Having a Master's degree in Translational Medicine and training course for research personnel using experimental animals will be positively valued.

Experience:

Essential experience in the previously described tasks. It is essential to have been in a translational research group.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western Blot and immunocytochemistry, PCR, extensive experience in flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques and other methods to study in vivo and in vitro cancer immunology, immunological techniques, cell cultures, microscopy, molecular biology techniques. Fluent English and computer skills at the user level for Office and the internet are required.
