The selected person will join the Purchasing department (Management program).
- Task:
-
Management and validation of delivery notes. Document reconciliation across purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Invoice processing and accounting. Administrative support for import and customs processes. Coordination with suppliers and internal departments to resolve administrative issues. Cross-functional support for the Purchasing and Administration departments, ensuring document traceability throughout the purchasing and payment processes.
- Formation:
-
Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration, International Trade or an equivalent qualification. A university degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field will be considered an asset.
- Experience:
-
Experience in administrative management, document control, invoice and payment follow-up, process management, supplier relations and operational support to administrative departments. Previous experience in environments with high document volumes, process control and performance monitoring will be highly valued.
- Knowledge:
-
Advanced knowledge of office software, ERP management systems, administrative processes, document control, invoicing, document reconciliation, payment tracking and supplier management. Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and coordinate administrative workflows.
- Additional information:

A role shared between the Purchasing and Administration departments. The position provides cross-functional support for goods receipt, delivery note management, invoicing, payments, supplier coordination, customs documentation, and import-related administrative processes.
