Project title:

Study of the impact of the different subunits of the IKK complex on therapeutic resistance and metastasis

Molecular mechanisms of cancer and stemness research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Molecular mechanisms of cancer and stemness research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Western blot, RNA and DNA extraction, cell cultures, immunofluorescences, research in molecular biology and biochemistry. Handling of animals and maintenance of the colony of transgenic and knockout mice, and will carry out molecular biology techniques, cell cultures, and embryology of the mentioned project.

Formation:

Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences

Knowledge:

Fluent English skills and user-level knowledge of Office and the internet are required.

Additional information:

The demonstrated ability to work in research teams will be valued, primarily in translational research projects in oncology.
