Building healthy clinical learning environments: Implementing emotional management strategies in clinical nursing practices from a whole-school approach

Research group / Service:

Social determinants and health education research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Social determinants and health education research group (Epidemiology and public health research program).

Task:

Conducting literature reviews and documents using the whole-school model for the promotion of mental health and emotional well-being; recruitment and monitoring of participants; collection of quantitative (surveys) and qualitative (focus groups) data; data management and analysis; development of dissemination materials, scientific articles, and technical reports of results.

Formation:

Higher Education Training Cycle in the field of Health Sciences.

Experience:

Previous experience in emotional well-being research projects. Experience in project management. Previous experience in longitudinal research projects will be considered an asset.

Knowledge:

Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English. User-level computer skills. Knowledge of data management tools (REDCap). Experience with quantitative (R, STATA, or similar) and qualitative (Atlas.ti or similar) data analysis tools will be an asset.

Additional information:
