The selected person will join the Translation (Management program).
- Task:
-
The selected person will support the activities of transfer and valorization of research results in the biomedical field, collaborating with the Technology Transfer team in operational tasks and project monitoring. Under the direct supervision of the head of the office, he/she will perform the following functions:
-Donar suport en la gestió i el seguiment de projectes (organització de documentació, actualització d'informació, preparació de materials de reunions).
-Assist in basic intellectual property tasks: terminology control, information gathering and administrative support.
-Collaborate in the search for basic information about companies, markets and collaboration opportunities.
-Support in the identification of funding opportunities and in the preparation of applications for calls for proposals.
-Transversal support to the office: database updating, document management and basic internal communication with research groups.
-Participation in periodic follow-up meetings with the corresponding supervision.
- Formation:

Higher level vocational training cycle related to management, administration, health sciences or technological fields.
- Experience:
-
-Internship profile, in which the profile may not have previous work experience.
- Knowledge:
-
-Comprensió lectora d'anglès.
-Mastery of digital office tools and ability to organize documentation.
-Basic knowledge in innovation, intellectual property or project management will be an asset (not essential).

-Organization, rigor and attention to detail.
-Ability to follow procedures and work in a coordinated manner with supervision.
-Ability to work in a team and communicate with different profiles.
-Interest in learning about innovation and technology transfer.
Availability and requirements:
-Availability to work within the established schedule and attend internal meetings.
-Essential: basic digital skills, organization and interest in the sector.
Requirements for hiring:
- The selected candidate must be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System as a beneficiary.
- The selected candidate must be registered with the corresponding Employment Service of Catalonia's Public Employment Office as an unemployed job seeker (DONO) and be eligible to sign a training contract for professional practice at the time of signing.
