Project title:

Contracts for the intensification of research activity in the National Health System

Research group / Service:

Neurovascular research

Description:

The selected person will join the Neurovascular research (Neurosciences research program).

Task:

External headache consultations of the Neurology Headache Service, and assessment and follow-up of stroke patients, participation in interdisciplinary meetings for the follow-up of cases and coordination of care.

Formation:

Degree in Medicine. Specialty Neurology

Experience:

Experience in the described tasks will be an asset.

Knowledge:

Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, and advanced English. Handling of clinical management tools (HC3, SAP), office automation and telemedicine platforms. Knowledge of headache and stroke assessment, interpretation of tests (CT, MRI, echodoppler), application of stroke code protocols and participation in interdisciplinary meetings.

Additional information:

The contract will be awarded by the Barcelona Health Park Consortium. The cost of the contract is subsidized by the Carlos III Health Institute and is contingent upon the awarding of the grant.
