The selected person will join the GPCR Drug Discovery research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Support in investigating the conformational space of the 3D GPCRoma.

Formation:

Degree of Biotechnology.

Experience:

1. Structural biology and computational modelling of G protein-coupled receptors 2. Performing and analyzing molecular dynamics simulations 3. Large-scale data analysis 4. Drug pocket detection

Knowledge:

Molecular dynamics simulation software (OpenMM, ACEMD, NAMD), Large-scale data analysis of MD data, Python. Excellent level in both spoken and written English. Valuable Master of Bioinformatics for Health Science
