Description:

The selected person will join the Immune redirection research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Cultius cel-lulars (línies primàries i cel-lulars), experimentació animal (transgènics, PDX, etc.), assaigs de citotoxicitat, assajos d'expressió gènica (aïllament d'ARN, qPCR, WB, etc.), assaigs immunològics, assajos d'histologia.

Formation:

Degree in Biotechnology and a master's degree in translational biomedical research would be a plus. Animal experimentation certificate.

Experience:

It is essential to have previous experience in the tasks indicated in the offer.

Knowledge:

Essential to have knowledge of laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western Blot and immunocytochemistry, PCR, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques and other techniques to study cellular effects (viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, DNA damage). Fluent English and computer skills at Office and internet user level are required.

Additional information:

We are looking for a person with the ability to work in a team. It is essential to have previous experience in projects on immunology in breast cancer.
