Project title:

Evaluation of clinical research studies at the CEImParc de Salut Mar in Barcelona

Description:

The selected person will join the Clinical research ethical committe (CEIC) (Management program).

Task:

Evaluation of clinical trials with medicinal products, clinical investigations with medical devices, observational studies with medicinal products, and biomedical research projects. Preparation of evaluation reports Part I and II. Management and monitoring of clinical trials with medicinal products through the Clinical Trial Information System (CTIS) and communications with AEMPS and EMA. Support to the technical secretariat in evaluation and monitoring tasks. Support to the technical secretariat in administrative and management tasks. Support to the technical secretariat in quality accreditation tasks.

Formation:

Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences Master’s Degree in Biology and Clinical Oncology Master’s Degree in Scientific Departments of the Pharmaceutical Industry

Experience:

Support in the management of clinical research projects, ISO 9001 quality systems, support to the technical secretariat of the Research Ethics Committee with medicinal products, experience and use of CTIS, drafting of clinical evaluation reports, and review and classification of documentation of clinical trials with medicinal products, medical devices, observational studies with medicinal products (OSMP), and clinical intervention studies.

Knowledge:

English: Advanced level Spanish: Advanced level Catalan: Basic–intermediate level, with a commitment to achieving B2 level or higher

Motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn. Knowledge of applicable research regulations will be valued.
