Project title:

Phase 1b clinical trial to evaluate the safety and dose of TGF-ß-resistant NK cells + rechallenge with cetuximab and irinotecan in patients with genomically selected refractory metastatic colorectal cancer by liquid biopsy (ICI24/00041)

Research group / Service:

Colorectal cancer precision medicine research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Colorectal cancer precision medicine research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Coordination and monitoring of the clinical assessment, including documentary management (CTIS), design and validation of CRFs, monitoring of studies and support in pharmacovigilance. Regulatory and ethical support in protocols, reports and essential documentation according to ICH-GCP and RGPD regulations. Participated in the management and monitoring of projects, interdepartmental coordination and organization of meetings. Continuous training in GCP, oncology and governance of academic research. Development of the monitoring plan.

Formation:

It is essential to have a master's degree in the area of Sciences. It will be a plus to be studying or have completed a Master's degree in Clinical Trial Monitoring.

Experience:

Previous experience in oncology clinical trials, including ethical and regulatory aspects. Courses and trainings in clinical trials will be positively valued.

Knowledge:

An advanced level of English, oral and written, accredited by official certification and computer skills at Office and Internet user level are required.

Additional information:

An interest in oncology and clinical/translational research, strong organizational and communication skills are a plus. Must be proactive, detail oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. A stay abroad is a must. This subsidy may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, 'One way of making Europe'.
