Project title:

Identification of new mechanisms of response to immunotherapy in advanced bladder cancer and characterization of neoantigens derived from non-coding RNAs (PI22/00171)

Research group / Service:

Urological cancer research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Urological cancer research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Curation of electronic medical record data, coordination of biospecimens, communication with international collaborators and the performance of basic statistical analysis for use in publications.

Formation:

University degree or equivalent qualification. It will be positively valued to have a postgraduate degree.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in clinical research environments is required.

Knowledge:

Fluent English and computer skills at Office and internet user level are required. It is essential to know how to use electronic medical records (EPIC), data curation and maintenance and statistical analysis using R

Additional information:

It is essential to have published articles in indexed international journals, to have worked in a translational research group and to have studied/fastened a stay abroad. Previous experience in genitourinary oncology, having participated in projects or stays in research centers will be positively valued. Required skills: teamwork, organization, written communication, solution-oriented thinking.
