Project title:

Beclomethasone: oral, inhaled and intranasal studies to evaluate the minimum reporting level and the washout period after oral intake. (22C06RV)

Description:

The selected person will join the Doping control research group (Neurosciences research program).

Task:

Development of analytical methodologies for the analysis of doping substances and their metabolites in biological samples using chromatography techniques coupled with mass spectrometry. Validation of analytical methods and preparation of validation reports. Analysis of urine, plasma, and DBS samples obtained after the administration of beclomethasone to healthy volunteers via different routes of administration. Evaluation of analytical results and proposal of the reporting concentration and washout period following oral or rectal administration.

Formation:

Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar or equivalent degree.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in: - working in a World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)-accredited anti-doping laboratory, - development and validation of analytical methods for the determination of drugs and metabolites using chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. Experience in the automation of sample preparation procedures. Experience in team management.
