Hospital del Mar and the Fundació Amics Hospital del Mar have cancelled the 12th Marina WalkTrail, scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday 18 October, due to the adverse weather forecast and the recommendations issued by Civil Protection.
The organisers have worked until the last moment to ensure the event could go ahead, but safety warnings regarding the heavy rainfall forecast make it necessary to cancel the activity.
We regret any inconvenience this decision may cause and sincerely thank all registered participants, volunteers, professionals and partner organisations for their understanding.
The Marina WalkTrail is on hold for now, but our commitment to breast cancer research at the Hospital del Mar Research Institute (HMRIB) continues.
